Questions schools ask
Do we need our own website or domain?
No. Every school gets its own Consool web address the moment it signs up. If you already have a domain, we can connect it for you.
Can teachers and parents use their phones?
Yes. Consool is built for phones first. Teachers enter scores and take the register on their phones, and parents check fees and report cards on theirs.
How do parents pay fees?
By bank transfer to the school's own account, or online by card, bank or USSD through the school's Paystack account. The money goes straight to the school.
Is our school's information safe?
Each school's records are kept apart, every change is logged, and staff only see what their job needs. The proprietor can download a full backup at any time.
What happens when the free trial ends?
You choose how many students to pay for and pay once for the year. If you don't, your records stay safe and you can still look at them; changes pause until you subscribe.
